DATM pages 14
Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) the show never happened on account of the fact that I insisted that I write the script, and then I never did it. I’ve got about 3 more graphic novels I want to barf out into the world before I even consider that industry. I’m to much of pussy right now and I just wanna make my little cartoons.

I know it isn’t covered in these pages, but I was wondering about the identity of the fairly well-known cartoonist who was such a petulant asshole about your comics. Can you share, or is it too sensitive? Can you give a hint? Does it rhyme with anything?

what a pity, Lizzy really is a boner
I like girls who are cute, but like beers and burgers.

forgot to thank for the samples. I am checking your new website, not much happening yet though
the other day I was sitting in one of those “our company runs well, yet so sad we need to cut more costs” type of meetings and caught myself doodling. I might be infected.

Whoa whoa whoa- you met Lizzy Caplan? And she met you? I’m jealous of the both of you.

The show might never have happened, but the process of it about to happen is pretty amazing. First that blurb by Fiona Apple, and now this. You a celebrity, Wertz.

Oh, sorry. My eyes were drawn to the shiny, white panels and I missed the post.

Yeah, if you’re going to fail to succeed, this is clearly the way to do it.
Just finished my copy of DATM and it’s very good. Really, really good. Looking forward to your next effort, be it book or whatever.

if you and lizzy collaborated it would be the juiciest, cheesiest, and meatiest comedy burger ever!
