I generally eat a lot of vegetables and some dairy (cheeeese works. the smellier the better), but once or twice a week I also eat meat. The thing is, I only eat meat that I bought from a certified source and that I prepared myself. Of course it is more expensive, but I buy quality over quantity. I am trying to keep a healthy balance.
