I'm reminded of a story I heard on This American Life: kid goes and works on a farm and after a night in the giant chicken coop (getting them in cages for the trucks) and the horrible smell of their poo, he swears to "eat chicken again, and chew really hard."

A friend of mine got you to sign your book for me and sent it to me in Iraq. I love it and love your work. Thanks so much. Getting a chance to get online and read Fart Party is a welcome respite from the grind out here.

I hope you were eating chicken or turkey sandwiches during this tirade!

We were in Bonaire over the winter and the little tropical birds would steal sugar packets right off of the coffee island at the buffet. You'd love that place.
