Is the background of this website orange? Were you speaking to someone about how you were redesigning the site, and showing them a template? The sides appear brown. I believe the bottom middle section is a type of blue. The title also looks to be a type of blue. The layout reminds me a bit of the Grey Matter Blog system, and it had certainly been a while since I've done anything with templates or CGI. In any case, nice comic. And now I click post comment.
