		<description>oh I'm not sulking at home, don't worry, I spend about 10 minutes in the morning at home, and I usually arrive back home around 3 or 4am, and spend one full night at home about once a week. If you lived in the noise factory that I live in, you'd try to avoid is as much as possible too.</description>

Try doing at least one thing or going someplace once a day that you couldn't do in the Bay Area. Even if it's the touristy stuff. Once you're feeling more at home, then you can cut down to once a week or month. The idea is to absorb more of the city into your routine and expand your mental "living room". Sulking at home too much can promote isolation. I'm not a pro-therapist or anything but it might help.</description>
