It's important to remember that Portland and Oregon are two very different things. Portlanders have more in common with Californians than they do with Oregonians. And then there's the whole issue of Jeffersonians, which I won't really get into. In P-town no one will care where you're from. Venture anywhere else in the state and you will hear cries of "Cali Go Home!" Me: born and raised in the great state of Jefferson, have lived in Portland for three years. I'm not crazy about Rhubarb.
