Edinburg Castle? Is that the Burp Castle of San Francisco? I’m gonna pretend it is, because we new yorkers love imagining that everywhere else in the world is analagous to some location in nyc.

sarah, edinburg castle is nothing like the fabulous burp castle. while it is a great Irish pub with fish n’ chips, there are no free beers & belgium fries.
bigmac- I do run into lots of people with my canvas bags at the public library, but I’m (hopefully) not a crazy bitch about it. And it’s your birthday? well good thing I don’t give a shit. birthdays are for babies.

That confused me for a bit since i am from Edinburgh and was wondering why you would be recommending people go to a castle that is just over 5000 miles from san francisco.

When I read that it was an Irish pub, that was the point when I realised that either a)this was not the same castle I was thinking of, b)that this was a dream or c)everything I thought I knew was wrong and and infact i was going, or possibly had just gone, totally and utterly bonkers.
