I looked at those drawings and thought “the girl next to you looks like Mari” and then I squinted closely to see that my eyes and the drawrers were functioning perfectly!
I like how you almost look like a little kid in the first one, mischievous and innocent all at the same time. Also, that second artist’s name is totally awesome. I dug her work in D&Q, tho I haven’t seen anymore outside of that.
and gabrielle has a new mini out called “my affliction” which is fucking fantastic, and outside of anthology work she has some great collections of autobio comics called “When I’m Old” and “Lucky” I got my copies from the public library & from gabrielle, but I would highly suggest you buy them & support her work.
lets all go to a signing of his and get nothing signed so his hands can rest.
